David Streat asked in my last posting how would leaders interact in the new model of People-Processes-Projects-Technology (P3T). The short answer is that I haven't worked that out yet.
The long answer is that I know that project management skills will be an essential part of the leadership and management model. I have also examined network leadership and complexity leadership to determine how these concepts would work in the New Theory of Government. From what I have determined so far, traditional management activities will become increasingly automated while leadership will be even more about strategy, vision, and communication.
